Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Discovery payment cards on the website. We will happily provide proforma invoices for business customers and accept cheque payments. Please be aware that to minimise credit control and other administrative overheads we must be in reciept of cleared funds before we can proceed with an order.
If you require an invoice following receipt of your order you can do this online in the account section. Just log in to your account and view the order detail where a link to a downloadable invoice is present. Alternatively you can email us here if in difficulty.
Paypal is the faster, safer and simpler way to pay online. It is used by million of people around the world and it is now available to all our customers, simply select "Pay with Paypal" at checkout.
Security
All Credit Card data transmitted between you and our site is protected using strong SSL encryption technology. Statistics show that the risk of exposure to credit card 'identity theft' is far greater in restaurants and high street retailers than when shopping on the Internet.
In the unlikely event of fraud occuring when using a credit card on the Internet most card issuers cover all losses. Please contact your card issuer for more information.
E-Printify uses Stripe, to process all online payments.
Can't Design What You Want On-line?
If you would like to alter the print position of your design, change your artwork in any way e.g. remove the background, change colours or position then please order as normal, but mention your requirements in the special instructions area of the designer.
You can use a third party graphics application such as Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw to create a design including the elements and positioning that you need and then upload this. The best file format is png. If you´re buying a dark garment then ideally you should make the background transparent.
